These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design and development services by Nexzo Technologies (Business Registration No. MA0346679-H), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia and operating under the trade name MyCraftyCode ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client," "you," or "your").
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
We provide custom website design and development services including, but not limited to: landing pages, small business websites, dynamic websites with authentication and databases, e-commerce stores, blog platforms, and website redesigns. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins via written communication (WhatsApp, email, or a project intake form).
Our pricing is outlined on our website and agreed upon before any work begins. Payment terms vary by plan (one-time build or monthly managed) and will be clearly communicated.
For one-time builds, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. For monthly managed plans, the first month's fee is due at setup, with subsequent monthly invoices.
All payments are processed securely through approved payment channels. We do not store your payment information.
Most standard business websites are completed within 5–7 business days from the time we receive all required content. This timeline is a target based on our best effort and is not a binding guarantee.
Project complexity, revision rounds, and delays in receiving content or feedback from you may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays transparently and agree on a revised timeline where necessary.
Each project includes reasonable revision rounds as part of the process. We will share a preview early on so you can provide feedback. We'll keep refining until you're happy.
Additional feature requests outside the originally agreed scope will be quoted separately.
By default, we do not offer refunds on custom digital services once work has commenced. For monthly managed plans, you may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds are given for the current billing period.
Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are committed to fair outcomes and open communication.
For managed plans, we handle domain registration and hosting on your behalf as part of the service. You retain ownership of your domain.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, security breaches, service interruptions, billing issues, or any other problems arising from third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways.
You own the design and content of your website. However, the hosting infrastructure, domain (if registered through us), and ongoing maintenance are part of the managed service.
If you ever decide to leave, we'll provide you with a full export of your website files. Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress remains our intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexzo Technologies / MyCraftyCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from our services.
For monthly managed plans, we recommend at least 14 days' notice for cancellation. If you cancel, we'll provide a full export of your website files before hosting is deactivated. Either party may terminate at any time by providing written notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued engagement of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
